Heidi has a BA in International Business, with minors in Chemistry and German, from Texas Tech University. She holds certificates for Futurist Thinking through the Institute for the Future and Digital Acceleration from Southern Methodist University. She is an unabashed sneaker-collecting, travel-loving, coffee enthusiast and has dedicated her life’s work to understanding and predicting what’s next.
